This is a charity event run by volunteers.
We make every effort to put on an amazing Bonfire & Fireworks for everyone.
If the event is cancelled, the amount you paid for tickets becomes a charitable donation to the Winchester & District Round Table Charitable Trust for our work with the city’s community and good causes.
Please consider letting it stay as a charity donation.
It’ll help us to keep Bonfire & Fireworks going for years to come and support amazing local charities and good causes.
We cannot offer refunds if, for any reason, you cannot attend the event due to travel issues, personal incidents or any other reason beyond our control.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and drink or merchandise bought at the event cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
